Photographs from Glen Cove reports

Open electrical panel with two columns of breakers, a red box and arrow marking one breaker on the left side.
Left side breaker number 14 is double lugged. Lou also noted loose BX cable on the steel I beam above the boiler and recommended repair by a licensed electrical contractor.
Close-up inside a boiler showing a reddish firebox surface covered in a network of fine cracks, with a red arrow pointing at them.
The boiler is clean inside, but the fire box is cracked in many places. Combustion air, burner and operating controls were inspected.
Underside of a wooden floor joist with a long split outlined by two red lines, a white pipe above it.
Extensive termite damage to the 2x10 floor joist at the left rear near the crawl space opening.

All three photographs are from Lou's own Glen Cove inspection reports, chosen because they show a building component and nothing that identifies a property or an owner.
