What this website collects
Nothing. The short version is on this page in full.
This site collects no information about you
There are no forms on this website, no newsletter sign-up, no chat widget, no advertising pixels and no analytics. It sets no cookies of its own. It loads no scripts from any other company — even the fonts are served from this site rather than from a font service. The one outside service on these pages is the interactive Google map: the map itself is loaded from Google, and when it loads, Google may set its own cookies and sees the usual technical details of that request. Nothing else about your visit is sent anywhere.
The one thing that is processed
This site is delivered through Cloudflare, a content network that keeps it fast and online. Like every web host, Cloudflare briefly handles the IP address your device connects from in order to send the pages back to you and to block attacks. That is the ordinary machinery of the internet; it is not linked to your name, and it is not used to build a profile of you.
If you get in touch
Calling, texting or emailing Lou is a normal business conversation. He keeps what you tell him — the property address, your contact details, the inspection itself — for as long as he needs to do the work and to meet the record-keeping rules New York places on licensed home inspectors. He does not sell it, rent it or pass it to anyone except where the inspection agreement says so or the law requires it.
